The three-week program prepares participants for the workforce through a highly structured workshop that focuses on attitude modification and the development of job readiness skills for entry-level employment. Core services also include targeted job placements with long-term follow-up, one-to-one and group counseling and case management.

The Task Force has three priorities: to promote income supports that will enable workers and their families to enjoy a living wage; to increase the number of low-skilled workers trained in information technology jobs; and to reduce barriers hampering employment for ex-offenders.
