The HRDC provides low-barrier and easy-to-access services, including syringe exchange, fentanyl test strip distribution, naloxone distribution, community meals, and case management.
In support of general operations for the Baltimore Community Mediation Center (BCMC). Since 1995, BCMC has provided mediation services and conflict resolution training at no cost to participants throughout Baltimore City.
In support of the capital campaign to purchase and renovate Roca Baltimore’s building at 880 Park Avenue in the Mt. Vernon Historic District. Owning the building will help ensure a sound financial future for the work of Roca Baltimore and support its further programmatic expansion in Baltimore City.
In support of general operations for No Struggle No Success (NSNS), a reentry program in Baltimore City serving adults and youth ages 14-18. NSNS provides comprehensive case management and access to services such as assistance in obtaining state IDs and social security cards, birth certificates, benefits, transportation, housing, employment, and referrals to behavioral health programs.
