The research addresses two issues: the path women take as they move from traditional Medicaid coverage to enrollment in a managed care organization; and how mandated managed care affects the provision of reproductive health services in the Medicaid population.

For a research paper to be presented at the Maryland Low-Wage Worker Conference. The focus of the paper is the review of the strengths and weaknesses of Maryland’s tax and wage policies affecting low-income workers.
