The long-range plan includes the collection of data to determine the volume of current immigrant demand for affordable homeownership, assessing the capacity of local home counseling agencies to provide pre- and post-purchasing counseling to non- English speaking persons, and determination of potential costs of rehabbing houses in Baltimore.
