In support of staff and outreach costs associated with the Low Income Forgotten Tax (LIFT) program. LIFT helps low-income homeowners and renters access the Homeowners and Renters Tax Credit programs and other public benefits.

North East Housing Initiative

In support of efforts to convert long-time renters into homeowners, avoid involuntary displacement and increase housing stability, and provide low- and moderate-income households with the opportunity to build limited equity through ownership of vacant houses redeveloped under a Community Land Trust model.

Venture for America

In support of recruiting, selecting, and training Venture for America (VFA) Fellows for two-year fellowships with entrepreneurs and companies in Baltimore’s start-up ecosystem. By attracting talent, particularly among people of color and women, VFA strengthens and diversifies the local entrepreneurial economy.
