P. David Bramble

Trustee

P. David Bramble is the co-founder and managing partner of MCB Real Estate, which develops mixed-use, residential, office, industrial, and medical office projects throughout the U.S. MCB’s work in Baltimore is a testament to David’s optimism for his hometown and his commitment to inclusive, impactful, and often complex development projects, including the recent revitalization of Northwood Commons near Morgan State University and the ongoing redevelopment of Madison Park North, formerly the site of a troubled West Baltimore public housing complex. Additionally, David and his team at MCB have taken on one of the most high-profile redevelopment efforts in Baltimore in recent memory: the redevelopment of the city’s iconic Harborplace.

A graduate of City College High School, Princeton University, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Law, David is also chairman of Lendistry, a national commercial lending company focused on providing small business loans in underserved communities. He also serves on numerous boards, including Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Ronald McDonald House, UPENN Institute for Urban Research, and the Baltimore Tree Trust.
