Charlie Scheeler practiced law for 37 years as a federal prosecutor in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Maryland and with DLA Piper. Charlie currently serves as the Chair of Rosedale Bank. He sits on several non-profit boards, including The Johns Hopkins University,  Johns Hopkins Health System, CollegeBound Foundation, and Thread. He joined the Abell Foundation board in September 2026.
