Aaron is currently a principal at Pluck Consulting, where he advises family and corporate foundations on their philanthropy. After graduating from the University of Maryland School of Law, he clerked for the Hon. Susan Gauvey at the United States District Court for Maryland.  Following that, he practiced as a corporate litigator at Venable LLP, and founded a nonprofit focused on LGBTQ legal services and advocacy. Prior to joining Pluck, he was the Chief Program Officer and General Counsel of the Harry and Jeanette Weinberg Foundation. He joined the board of the Abell Foundation in September 2026.
