By sustaining a contractual counselor and psychiatrist, the Coalition expects to reduce the rate of program incompletion by 50 percent and to increase the medication compliance rate among participants.

Capital funding toward the acquisition and renovation of Jenkins House, a 22-unit residential mid-rise apartment building housing homeless women and their children, most of whom are referred from emergency shelters.
