As Chief Financial Officer, Tim has responsibility for the finance and accounting operations of the Foundation, including implementation of the endowment asset allocation and monitoring of investment performance.

Tim is a CPA and began his career in public accounting with KPMG in Baltimore. He later joined The Rouse Company in 1999 and was Vice President, Director of Investor Relations when the company was sold in 2004. Tim was also Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Welltower Inc., an S&P 500 healthcare real estate company.

Tim graduated from Mount Saint Mary’s University with a B.S. in Accounting. He was previously a Director and Chair of the Finance Committee for the Columbia Foundation (now the Howard County Foundation) and was a Director and Treasurer for The Arc of Howard County Inc.
