Elvis Guzman

Elvis Guzman is a Program Officer for Health and Human Services at the Abell Foundation, focusing on projects that seek to address the social determinants of health, including economic stability, employment and entrepreneurship, healthy and affordable food, youth development, access to the arts, and other basic human needs.

Prior to joining the Abell Foundation, Elvis managed economic security programs at a non-profit in Washington D.C., working with Congress and national coalitions to advance policies that support vulnerable families. He has also conducted state and national research, analysis, and advocacy on income and wealth inequality. Elvis earned a Master of Public Policy degree from Johns Hopkins University and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Brandeis University.
